Hi Megan, Some feedback on my Comrades: I had an awesome race, finished in 11:22 – was tough but enjoyed it. Followed nutrition exactly like you suggested it – definitely helped me to finish in a comfortable state. The combination of Endurashake, Endura power, Gels & Joobies was excellent – I didn’t even have to eat anything else for the duration of the event. I knew that if I stuck to my plan it would be VERY beneficial – no more hitting the wall. I have already referred a lot of friends to come and visit your shop. Next event is the Knysna marathon on the 6th of July, I must say I am so comfortable with my race, training & carbo loading nutrition – one less thing to stress about :) Thanks again!

Dear Megan, Completed Argus in 3.55 which is 41 mins faster than last year despite winning times being slower because of the wind. The cooler weather was a factor but I must compliment you - the supplements played a major role in my much improved performance - and recovery was quick. Thanks for your help.
